What you’ll do

 

You’ll be a Support Engineer within a team that ensures customer requests are dealt with quickly and effectively. Your professional and courteous manner will help you work closely with all parts of the business to maintain the high level of service our customers depend upon.

 

How you’ll do it

? Provide hardware and software technical support to staff and clients within our building.

? Manage support requests according to our process and escalate issues when it’s appropriate.

? Liaise with customers ensuring they receive regular updates on the progress of their calls.

? Accurately record and update support calls in a timely fashion.

? Resolve customer’s requests in a timely fashion, and work to prevent reoccurrence.

? Prioritise your workload according to urgency and impact.

? Provide support for new business pitch activity when required.

? Make amendments to network security and access rights.

? Assist in the maintenance and administration of Microsoft Office 365.

? Assist with the movement of IT equipment within the business.

? Help maintain documentation and contribute to the development of better work practices.

? Help maintain accurate software licensing records.

? Help complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

? Assist colleagues in your team by providing guidance and technical training where required.

? Have 12 to 18 months experience in similar environment.

? Understand networking fundamentals.

? Have experience is using and supporting both Mac OSX and MS Windows, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Active Directory.
