The role would be focussed around providing management information and reports around Service Delivery for a Major financial services client
This would be focussed on providing reports and analysis as to how the service is performing against SLA's to both internal stakeholders and customers.
- MS Office in particular VBA and Excel
- Experience of SQL Server or MySQL Databases
- Developing reports / Burndown charts / Deployment status
- Experience of Automation and Scheduling
- PowerBI would be desirable but not essential
